Delivery and engagement outcomes depend on recipient systems, content, sender reputation, and configuration (including domain authentication). We do not guarantee deliverability.

4. Plans, Billing, and Changes

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Plan features and limits may change over time; we’ll aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you connect third-party providers (for example, email sending providers), their terms may also apply.
